Agreement of terms

You are entering into these Terms with Le Bébé Creations (“company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in Ireland under registration number 6953520. By accessing the Website, you confirm that you have read, understand and accept the Terms, are entering into a legally binding contract with us, and are agreeing to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms are prohibited from using this Website.

Account Details
Creating and using an account with Le Bébé Creations obliges you to maintain the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to it. You also agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
If you are under 18, you must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by your parent or guardian to use the Website. Le Bébé Creations reserves the right to refuse to supply or service any individual/company, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
Purchase & Payment
When your purchase of goods is accepted, a contract is formed between Le Bébé Creations and you when we despatch the goods you have purchased and not before. The order may be cancelled by you until the goods are despatched with exceptions of orders for personalised items and products made to your order. In such cases order cannot be cancelled by you once you placed an order and have received an email confirmation that your order has been received. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Website. We may restrict or cancel the quantities of certain items to be sold in any one transaction. We reserve the right to restrict orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.
Following formation of the contract, you agree to pay all charges in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts. You must provide your payment details at the time of placing your order. We will request payment for the full amount on confirmation of your order. Le Bébé Creations shall continue to own any products ordered until it has received payment in full from you. We reserve the right to alter the prices, even if we have already requested or received payment.
All Regular or Sale items are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute items of equal quality and value. We will notify You of such substitutes.
Free Delivery and other offer or discount codes remain the property of Le Bébé Creations, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced or used in conjunction with any other offer.
All prices shown are prices in Euros (€).
Return Policy
You have the right to cancel a contract within 14 days (subject to the exceptions listed below). The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party (at your request) acquires (other than the carrier), physical possession of the ordered products. Exceptions apply to orders for personalised items and goods made to your order which cannot be cancelled by you once you have received an email confirmation that your order has been received. If you wish to cancel your order you must inform Le Bébé Creations of such decision by emailing us on admin@lebebecreations.com. It is mandatory that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation. In case of canceling the contract, we will reimburse to you payments received from you:
(a) including the costs of delivery if goods have not yet been sent; or
(b) excluding the costs of delivery if the goods have been sent;
within 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. The reimbursement will be carried out by using the same means of payment as you used when you were paying for your order, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. The reimbursement will be carried out only after we have received the goods back. You are required to send back the unused item in the original condition at your own cost not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of the contract to us to the address provided by Us by email.
Exceptions to Cooling-off Rights:
(a) products that are made to order, on the basis of your individual choice;
(b) products that are clearly personalised;
(c) products that are not suitable for return for health protection and hygiene reasons;

We are delighted to offer worldwide shipping to cater to our valued customers across the globe. Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the products in your order, ensuring fair and transparent pricing. Additionally, for our customers within Ireland, we provide a special home delivery service to enhance your shopping experience.
Worldwide Shipping:
We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping to accommodate customers from various regions. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated during the checkout process, based on the total weight of the products in your order. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. For international orders, any applicable customs duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Home Delivery within Ireland:
For our customers within Ireland, we are excited to offer a convenient home delivery service to bring your purchases right to your doorstep. To avail of this service, please ensure that your delivery address is within Ireland during checkout.
Promotion Details:
We currently have a special promotion for orders delivered within Ireland. If your order value is €150 or more, and the total weight of the products in your order is up to 15kg, you will be eligible for free shipping within Ireland. This promotion can be selected at the checkout for qualifying orders.
Order Processing Time:
Upon receiving your order, we strive to process and dispatch it as swiftly as possible. Order dispatch times will vary depending on selected products. For custom goods or products made to order, please allow 14-28 business days for order processing before shipment. In stock products will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
Shipping Partners:
All orders placed on our online store will be shipped exclusively via An Post services, Ireland’s leading postal and delivery provider.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays or adverse weather conditions, may affect delivery times.
Missing or Damaged Items:
In the rare event of missing or damaged items in your order, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your package. We will promptly investigate and resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Le Bébé Creations does not take the responsibility of any parcels lost. Please be aware that when you have chosen Standard Post shipping method, parcel tracking is not available. We are not obliged to provide tracked delivery services if you have not selected tracked shipping method.
Any disturbances in the delivery due to events which are unforeseeable, unavoidable and beyond our control and for which we are not responsible we release ourselves for the duration of this disturbance and to the extent of its effect from our duties of performance. Agreed delivery periods shall be extended by the duration of such disturbance. Where the end of such disturbance is unforeseeable either party has the right to withdraw from the contract concerned.
Le Bébé Creations is not responsible for any taxes and duties you may incur.
PRODUCTS REPRODUCTION
Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products are accurate on the Website. However, the limitations of colour reproduction due to individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. We do not guarantee that the specifications of the products will be accurate or reliable. Prices for all products are subject to change.
Complaints
If you have a complaint please email us to admin@lebebecreeations.com. In case of a dispute between you and us, you have the right to refer the dispute to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provided by the European Commission at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
